Three age groups (Cadet, Junior, & Senior) for boys and two (Juniors & Seniors) for girls. The platform of Olympic style boxing is used to instil discipline & to teach our young men and women to be fit, well mannered & active members of our community

Adult Aikido (Seamus)

A modern Japanese martial art that combines effective self defence techniques without the need to injure

Children’s Aikido (Steve)

For ages 8 – 18. Build your Childs confidence & coordination with verbal and physical self defence techniques

Fitness running session (Seamus)

Raise your cardio fitness levels through a morning run and leg conditioning

Boxing (Seamus)

Whether training for your next bout, or losing the spare tyre, you will feel stronger through boxing coaching in a friendly environment

Family & Friends gym membership
